Terms of Service

Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Operator: DomeCloud Co., Ltd. ("Ai7", "we", "us")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ai7 agent workbench, including the website at ai7.work, the Ai7 application, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The Service

Ai7 provides AI assistants ("agents") that can converse, use isolated computers and tools, and connect to third-party services you authorize (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and MCP-compatible apps). Agents act on your instructions and, where required, with your explicit approval. The Service may be provided on our cloud or deployed within your organization's infrastructure under a separate agreement.

2. Accounts and access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or the rights of others; send unsolicited or unlawful email; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; abuse third-party APIs beyond their terms and quotas; or interfere with the Service's operation. You must comply with the terms of any third-party service you connect, including the Google API Services User Data Policy when connecting Google services.

4. Agent actions and your control

Agents perform actions (such as sending email, creating calendar events or uploading files) based on your instructions and within the permissions and approval rules you configure. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions where approval is required, and for the content of instructions and materials you provide. We provide controls such as approval gates, connection revocation and audit records; you should configure and use them appropriate to your risk.

5. Third-party services and AI models

The Service integrates third-party services (for example Google, Telegram, GitHub, Notion, Cloudflare) and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you should verify important output before relying on it. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes to their APIs.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service and of outputs created for you. You grant us the limited right to process and store that content solely to operate and support the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise.

7. Fees and plans

Some features or plans may require payment under a separate order form or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and we may suspend accounts with overdue amounts after notice.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, add or discontinue features; material adverse changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance where practical.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or to protect the Service or others, with notice where practical. Upon termination, we handle stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, for free use, USD 100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
