Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ai7 collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Ai7 agent workbench, including the website at ai7.work and the Ai7 application (web, desktop and mobile). If you use an Ai7 deployment operated by your own organization ("on-premises deployment"), your organization controls that deployment and this policy describes our practices as the software vendor; the deployment operator's own notices also apply.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, display name and workspace preferences when you sign in. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we do not store passwords.
- Content you and your agents process. Messages you send to agents, files agents create, and outputs agents produce, stored in your workspace to make the service work.
- Connections you authorize. When you connect a third-party service (for example Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive), we store the OAuth tokens required to call that service on your behalf, encrypted at rest.
- Model credentials. If you provide an API key for an AI model, it is stored encrypted and used only to run your requests.
- Operational data. Logs, audit records of agent tool calls (including approvals), and basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to: operate and provide the service (running agents, executing tools you approved, storing workspaces); secure accounts and prevent abuse; provide support; and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content or third-party connection data to advertise to you.
3. AI models
To generate responses, agent conversations and relevant tool inputs are sent to the AI model provider configured for your workspace (for example a model API you provide, or the Ai7 gateway). Model providers process this data to serve your requests under their own terms. Enterprise and on-premises deployments can restrict which model providers may be used.
4. Google user data
Limited Use disclosure. Ai7's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive, Ai7 accesses only the scopes you approved during Google's consent screen and only when your agents perform actions you requested or approved. Specifically:
- Gmail is used to search, read and (with your approval) send email on the connected account.
- Google Calendar is used to list and create or update events on calendars you connected.
- Google Drive is used with the
drive.filescope: agents can upload and manage only the files they created through Ai7, and share them at your direction.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to model providers as needed to serve your request, to infrastructure providers that host the service, or when required by law. We do not allow Google user data to be used for advertising, for training general-purpose AI/ML models, or by human reviewers except as necessary to provide support with your consent, for security or legal reasons. You can revoke access at any time from the Ai7 Connectors page (which deletes the stored tokens) or from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
5. Storage, security and retention
Account data, connection tokens and content are stored in encrypted form on our infrastructure or, for on-premises deployments, on infrastructure controlled by your organization. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service and to support you. We retain your data while your account is active; if you delete your account or disconnect a connector, the corresponding data and tokens are deleted within a commercially reasonable period, except where law requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ai7.work. You can manage or revoke third-party connections yourself from the Ai7 Connectors page at any time.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Ai7 application uses essential cookies and similar browser storage (for example to keep you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on ai7.work.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure and model providers may be located in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. On-premises deployments keep data within infrastructure you control.
9. Children
Ai7 is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or on this page with a new effective date.
